About the role
You'll grow Rackan's business client base in Canada — importers, exporters, schools and companies with teams or suppliers in Africa — and build the introducer and partner relationships that bring them to us.
What you'll do
- Find, qualify and win business clients who need cross-border payments and FX
- Build and manage referral and introducer partnerships
- Work with the FX desk and Compliance to onboard clients smoothly
- Own your pipeline and forecast, and feed back what customers need to Product
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in payments, FX or banking
- A track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing ones
- Understanding of the Canada–Africa trade and diaspora business community
Nice to have
- An existing network among Canadian SMEs trading with Africa
- French language skills
