About the role
You'll design the experience of sending money across a border — for people who are anxious about whether it will arrive, and businesses that need to trust it every time. You'll shape the Rackan app from its first release.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for core flows in the Rackan app: sending, tracking and paying bills
- Turn ambiguous problems — new corridors, new compliance steps — into clear, calm flows
- Prototype and test with real customers in Nigeria, Ghana, the UK and Canada
- Evolve the design system shared by the app and this website
What you'll bring
- A portfolio of shipped product work, with the reasoning behind your decisions
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with an eye for accessibility
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to a cross-functional team
Nice to have
- Experience designing for fintech, payments or other regulated products
